Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department involved in criminal activites

Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith is known to associate with criminals such as Aldan Smith and former Santa Clara County Supervisor: George Shirakawa and Corrupt Judge: Socrates Peter Manoukian . The Sheriff's Department under the supervision of Laurie Smith has targeted a group of community activists organizing to expose corruption with the Judiciary.

Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department. Obstruction of Justice, Witness Intimidation, Criminal Interference with the Right to Fair Housing, Accessory to Fraud, Violations of the American's with Disabilities Act,  interference with the right to assembly.

Attorney: Ryan Austin Mayberry  (Law Office of Todd Rothbard)  committed acts of fraud against the residents of Markham Plaza Apartments (EAH Housing) in , San Jose, California and committed theft from the estate of Heidi Yauman.  The Santa Clara County Sheriff's department threatened criminal charges against a coalition of tenant rights activists working with the residents to create a tenant council.   EAH Housing used their corrupt relationship with Ryan Mayberry's Neighbor, Lee Pullen  to  justify  their attacks on several  South Bay Churches and community groups.  The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department  actively participated in depriving the Markham Plaza Residents of their Federally Protected Right to form a tenant council.
